I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?


UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. You must wait for your order to arrive and email us to start your return process. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
We do not offer return labels for refunds or exchanges unless the mistake was ours.  You must pay for return shipping.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at
1 (867) 687-6876. One of our staff members will gladly help you out.

SHIPPING:
Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 2-4 business days. You may track your order in the FOOTER MENU or SIDE MENU where it says TRACK ORDER. Please allow at least 3-21 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive. Priority packages like DECKS AND GRIPTAPE take 2 to 3 business days to arrive once they leave our supplier.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
